# What Is a Public Profile and What Is Its Use?
## The Public Profile in AppSecEngineer lets you showcase courses, certifications, badges, and achievements. Share it with recruiters or peers to highlight your cybersecurity skills.
The **Public Profile** on AppSecEngineer allows users to showcase their achievements, certifications, and progress in cybersecurity training. It acts as a professional portfolio that can be shared with recruiters, employers, or peers to highlight your skills and learning accomplishments.

### **How to Access Your Public Profile?**
#### **Step 1: Log in to AppSecEngineer**
- Open **AppSecEngineer** and log in with your credentials.
#### **Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile**
- Click on your profile picture or username in the top-right corner.
- Select **"Profile"** from the dropdown menu.

#### **Step 3: Find the Public Profile Section**
- Inside your profile page, you will find the **Public Profile** section.

- Here, you can view and copy your Public Profile link to share it externally.
### **What Information Is Displayed on a Public Profile?**
A Public Profile on AppSecEngineer typically includes:
