Reports at Teams level

Access detailed team reports in AppSecEngineer Admin to track learning time, activity, courses, assignments, skill improvements, and export data for insights.

Accessing Team-Level Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports:

    • Go to the left sidebar and click on Admin > Reports.

  2. Select Report Type:

    • Choose Teams to access team-specific reports.

Key Features of Team-Level Reports

1. Time Spent on Learning Paths Section

Displays the time each team spends on various learning paths.

Examples include: Kubernetes Security, Application Security.

Export Option: Download detailed time-spent data as a CSV file by clicking on the CSV button in the top-right corner.

2. Team’s Daily Activity and Heatmap

  • Click on Detailed View for any team.

  • View the Daily Activity Heatmap, which visually represents the engagement levels of team members over time.

3. Team’s Courses

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to see the list of courses associated with the team.

4. Team’s Active and Completed Courses

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to access the course list.

  • Use the toggle at the top of the course section:

    • Toggle Left: View active courses.

    • Toggle Right: View completed courses.

5. Team’s Skill Improvements

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to see the skills the team has collectively improved.

6. Team’s Assignments

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to view all assignments associated with the team.

  • Active Assignments:

    • Toggle left to see active assignments.

  • Completed Assignments:

    • Toggle right to see completed assignments.

7. Team’s Most Recent Activity

  • In the Detailed View, scroll down to find a summary of the team’s most recent actions on the platform.

Exporting Team-Level Reports

To download a team’s complete detailed report:

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Admin > Reports.

  2. Select Report Type and choose Teams.

  3. Find the specific team in the list and click on Detailed View.

  4. Click on the CSV button in the top-right corner to download the team’s full report.
