How to import users manually

Quickly import users into AppSecEngineer with the Enterprise subscription, upload your user file in Admin, then grant seamless access to training and reporting.

To import users into the AppSecEngineer platform using the Enterprise subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Admin Panel:

    • Log in to your AppSecEngineer account.
    • Navigate to the left menu bar and select Admin.

  2. Navigate to User Management:

    • In the Admin section, click on Users.

  3. Initiate User Import:

    • Click on the Create User dropdown menu.
    • Select Import Users from the options.

  4. Upload User File:

    • In the Import Users dialog, click on Choose File.
    • Select the user file from your computer. Ensure the file is in a supported format as specified in the popup window.

  5. Submit the File:

    • After selecting the file, click Submit to upload and import the users.

Important Considerations:

  • This feature is exclusive to Enterprise subscription holders.
  • Ensure the user file adheres to the supported formats indicated in the Import Users dialog.
