# Editing an Assignment
## Easily edit user assignments by updating dates, courses, and details in Admin; submit changes and monitor progress with reports.
Follow these steps to edit an existing assignment:
1. **Log in to the Admin Dashboard**:
- Navigate to the Admin section using the sidebar menu
2. **Access the Course Assignments Page**:
- Click on **Course Assignments** under the Admin menu.

3. **Select the User's Assignment**:
- Locate the user whose assignment you want to edit.
- Click on the user's name to view their assignments.
4. **Edit Assignment Details**:
- Select the assignment and click **Edit**.

- Update the **Start Date** and **End Date** for the assignment as needed.
- Click **Next** to proceed.

5. **Choose Courses**:
- Review the courses assigned to the user.
- Add or remove courses as required.
6. **Submit the Changes**:
- Review all updates for accuracy.
- Click **Submit** to finalize and save the edited assignment.

### Tips for Editing Assignments
- **Stay Organized**: Regularly review assignments to ensure dates and courses remain aligned with team priorities.
- **Communicate Changes**: Notify users promptly about updates to their assignments, especially changes in deadlines.
- **Track Progress**: Use assignment reports to monitor user performance after edits and ensure objectives are met.
