Creating an Interview
Set up customized interviews by entering details, participant emails, and passing criteria; notifications are sent upon scheduling for effective assessments.
Steps to Create an Interview

Navigate to the Interview Creation Section:

Go to the Sidebar Menu > Admin > Tournaments.

Click on Create and select Interview.

Fill in Interview Details:

Complete the form with the following required data:

Name: Enter a unique name for the interview.

Description: Provide a brief description of the interview.

Start Date: Set the start date for the interview.

End Date: Set the end date for the interview.

User Emails: Enter the email addresses of the participants.

Pass Percentage: Define the minimum percentage required to pass.

Duration in Minutes: Specify the duration of the interview.

Submit the Form:

Once all fields are filled, click Submit to save and set up the interview.

What Happens Next?

The interview will now be available in the Interviews section under Tournaments.

Participants will receive notifications about the interview with the necessary details.
Tips for Effective Interview Setup

Ensure the User Emails field is accurate to avoid miscommunication.

Clearly define the Pass Percentage and Duration based on the complexity of the interview.
